IMPORTANT: Photo Quality Matters!

Your photos make the magic happen!

For the best results, please upload clear, high-resolution, well-lit photos with faces looking directly at the camera.

Use original, high-quality photos whenever possible.
Make sure each person's face is clearly visible.
Avoid blurry, pixelated, dark, or heavily filtered images.
Avoid sunglasses, hair, or objects covering the face.

The quality of your uploaded photos directly affects how your finished personalized sweater will look. Low-quality images may result in blurry or less detailed printed faces.

IMPORTANT: Sizing & Fit

Our Christmas sweaters run one size bigger than your usual size.

Prefer a true-to-size fit? Order one size smaller than you normally wear. For example, if you typically wear a Large, order a Medium.
Prefer a relaxed, oversized fit? Order your usual size.

These unisex Christmas sweaters feature a comfortable, relaxed fit.

Please review the size chart before ordering. Measurements may vary by approximately 1–2 cm due to manual measurement.
