Refund policy

At Mah Melanin, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below, you'll find our detailed return policy:

General Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email info@mahmelanin.com to initiate the return. Eligible returns will be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping)..

Inspection of Returns: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Apparel: Please note that apparel is non-refundable unless there is a misprint. If you encounter this issue, contact us at info@mahmelanin.com with your order number and images documenting the misprint within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Lost Returns: We do not issue refunds for items not received by our returns department. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure successful delivery.
