Once an order is dispatched, Mah Melanin cannot be held accountable for any damages or missing items on the carriers part.

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and follow the shipping carrier's instructions.

File a claim with the shipping carrier if needed. Mah Melanin will not provide refunds or replacements for damaged or missing items.

Shipping Address Accuracy:
